Some of the things that Colin and Nathan say:
Colin says "Gary-ade" instead of Gatorade and "extra-cising" instead of exercising.
Nathan says "Chitty Bang Bang Bang" instead of "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" which is a movie that I watched as a kid. They got the movie from Aunt Nikki. The movie has a flying car in it, so Nathan also calls anything with wings (especially lego creations) "Chitty Bang Bang Bang".
Colin gives "air hugs" and "air kisses". Nathan always gives big kisses and hugs, but Colin usually doesn't. You can sometimes persuade Colin to give an "air kiss" and an "air hug". An "air hug" is when you wrap your arms around yourself, and an "air kiss" is just like blowing a kiss to someone.
Nathan calls any strange alien looking creatures (like the ones from McDonald's happy meals) "Fee Fi Fo Fum".

History channel
We turned on the TV the other day, and it was on the History channel. It was a program about American Indians, and Colin said that he wanted to watch it. I think he liked all the horses they were showing. But after about 5 minutes of the show, he asked me to turn the channel, there was too much killing on it. Good boy, Colin.

Snow Mountain
Pictures from our visit to "Snow Mountain" where fake snow transforms Stone Mountain into Snow Mountain. However, just the laser lawn is covered with snow. Colin was anticipating snow to be all over the mountain, but that would take too much snow!
Climbing in a snow fort built by others.
AAhhh ... the snow fort collaspes on Colin when he tries to make a window.

Cirque du Soleil

The circus is in town! And as I told Colin, it's the best circus in the whole world. Cirque du Soleil makes an appearance every two years in Atlanta, lucky us! Bob and I went last time by ourselves. This year we took Colin and Nathan.
Nathan was probably a little young for the show; he kept asking who turned out the lights. But Colin was the perfect age. His eyes lit up while watching the show. The big cannon that shot confetti on the crowd was a big hit with him. And there was some scary parts too like scary music, and scary skeleton dancers. Colin loves scary things.
As we were going home, I asked Colin was his favorite part was.
"All of it!" he said.
My favorite part was the Wheel of Death. Now that was scary.

Nathan's 3rd birthday
Nathan wanted a globe cake just like his big brother. So Rachael did her magic and made another globe cake, this time with lots of green ... a green turtle, frog and lizard all on the cake because Nathan's favorite color is green. Not that he will tell you that. He doesn't exactly know his colors yet. But when given a choice he usually always picks green.
We had the party at the Little Jumping Bean, one of those jumpy places that has the inflatiable slides and stuff. There were lots of kids from Nathan's class, and everyone had a good time!

Eva
On the way back from Omaha, I was sitting next to Colin on the plane and was talking to him about random stuff. Colin mentioned that when he turned 16, he was going to be married.
So I asked, "Do you know who you want to marry?"
"Of course I do, Mom," he says looking at me like what a silly question.
"Who?"
"Eva."
