Sparkles and tickle spots

Nathan loves Bob's bald head. At the end of the night, Bob starts to get stubble on his head and Nathan calls it "sparkles". When Nathan touches the "sparkles", he calls it "tickle spots". Last night he told Bob that he loved his tickle spots and when he grew up, he was going to have tickle spots just like Dad.
